At Purrfect Cabins, our primary objective is to ensure the happiness and well-being of your cat. We understand that each cat is unique, with varying preferences for space and interaction. Therefore, we tailor the environment to accommodate these individual needs by adjusting items in the cabin accordingly. Upon arrival, we place the carrier in the cabin, allowing the cat to decide when to explore their new environment at their own pace. Our goal is to create a positive and stress-free experience for your cat, and we regularly check on them throughout the day, providing affection and attention as needed.

Additionally, we offer daily brushing if you provide us with a brush. We take professional photos of your cat if they are comfortable and relaxed in the environment and are not bothered by the camera's shutter sound. We supply litter, litter boxes, food dishes, and a selection of interactive toys for your cat's amusement. Furthermore, we provide calming music at no extra cost as part of your booking with Purrfect Cabins, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive experience for your feline companion.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings. This ensures that your cat can stay for 1, 2, or 3 nights with the minimum payment covering the 3-night stay.

From December 15 to January 2, there is a minimum 5-night stay

Our individually-themed cabins are 20 square feet (220 cubic feet).

Yes! Each cabin is heated and air-conditioned; they are climate-controlled and set to 20 degrees.

If you would like your cat's cabin warmer or cooler, it is no problem for us to adjust the temperature.

Each cabin has an exhaust fan to ensure good-quality circulation in the room.

Each cabin features an outdoor "catio" available for an additional cost of $10/night. The catio is 16 square feet (128 cubic feet).

For those who select the catio option, the cat door is removed in the morning to allow the cat access to the catio throughout the day. At night, for the protection of the cat(s), they are locked in the cabins and cannot access the catio.

Each guest has a cabin, which can be shared with another cat from the same household. We limit the number of cats per cabin to two to ensure they have enough space.

Yes! we offer 10% off for 14+ night stay 

Our team is trained to administer medications or to apply creams. We are unable to provide injections or IV fluids at this time.

Medication is an additional charge of $5/per administration.

Absolutely! To ensure your cat's routine is not disturbed, we strongly suggest bringing their favorite food and treats to Purrfect Cabins.

We can accommodate you if you prefer to have our team provide food. You can select from various options at booking time, including wet and dry food from top brands. 

Food can be provided at an additional cost of $6/day (per cat)

Our goal is to make your cat feel at home. We highly encourage bringing cat beds, blankets, toys, or belongings. This will help them settle in faster while staying at Purrfect Cabins.

We can provide updates via text or email; it is listed on the intake form. There is also the option of a live 24/7 private webcam at an additional cost of $5/night

Viewing of facility/cabins is by appointment only and if a cabin is available. Out of respect to the feline(s)/owners, no cabins are shown during occupancy.

Check-in 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

There is a $25 after-hours charge if you plan to drop off between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

If you want to drop off before 2:00 PM, book the day before.

Check-out 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

There is a $25 before-hours charge if you plan to pick up between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

If you want to pick it up after 12:00 PM, you must book the following day to accommodate this request. 

Please state on the intake form what day and time you plan to check in/check out. Please get in touch with us if your time changes or you forget what time you put down.

Yes! We spend time with the cats throughout the day, petting and playing with them. We respect each cat's needs and understand that some may be fearful. If your cat is fearful, we will give them their space and talk to them kindly throughout the day to help develop trust/a relationship.

We ask if your cat is fearful that depending on the progress during check-out, you may have to put your cat in its carrier. This will help not break the trust/relationship built during their stay, so it can continue to make the following stay.

Depending on the cat, some may be fearful of a new environment/person, or some may be scared of the sound of the shutter on the camera.

Depending on those factors, we try to provide 2 to 10 professional photos of your cat.

Our main goal is to make sure your cat is happy and respected!

All guest cats are inspected within 24 hours of check-in. Any cats with fleas will be subject to a $150 charge and professionally treated.

To prevent this, please deflea your cat(s) 2 weeks before their stay. 

Helpful tip- If you want to check before you bring your cat, place your cat over a white sheet of paper and brush them. Also, check any folds of skin where there may be heat.

Cancelations must be made 14 days before a cat's stay to receive a full refund.

If the cancelation is less than 14 days, there is a $200 charge.

If said cat(s) passes away before their stay, proof from a vet is required for a full refund regardless of how many days before their stay.

Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking.

FVRCP

The Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus and Feline Panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccine should have been administered within the last three years.

RABIES

Optional, but suggested for those who plan to have the catio add-on.

Arrival of Cats

All cat guests must arrive in a carrier or on a leash. Cats 6 months old or older must be spayed or neutered.

Drop Off and Pickup Times

We are open 7 days a week By appointment only.

Check-In 2:00PM-6:00PM

Check-Out 8:00AM-12:00PM

From 12:00PM till 2:00PM before new clients arrive cabins are put through a manual disinfectant procedure, then the cabin recieves a 1 hour hospital grade UV-C light treatment to make sure the room is fully disinfected. Please respect our cleaning procedure and arrive no earlier then 2:00PM and Pick up no later then 12:00PM, Thank you for your cooperation.

After-hour appointments will require an additional fee.

Please call ahead if you plan on picking up your cat early. Refunds are not available for early pickup.

Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations.

Any visitors arriving without an appointment will not have entry to the property. Property is gated and secured with alarms and surveillance to ensure optimum protection of clientele's felines.
